Listening to the song and actually focusing on the lyrics scares me. Thinking how a day that someone dreams of most can also be the worst nightmare for another person. When that day comes, he will finally realize it is too late to tell her he loves her. No one will know but only those few people he chooses to tell. When that day comes, he will finally realize how he actually loves her more than a friend. He finally realizes all those late night calls gave him comfort during those silent nights. All those moments he watched her sang as he plucked the guitar weren’t just two friends enjoying the music. It was a connection. A connection he failed to acknowledge on his own and believe when others told him. And he respects her happiness. He knows she deserves it more than anything in the world. He is willing to through hell just to watch her smile, living her dreams.
